I wonder if she will now have custom made replica outfits fashioned for her Barbie?

Fashion blogger favourite and style icon, Anna Dello Russo of Vogue Japan has been immortalised in the form of a Barbie, a collaboration between Mattel and Mario Paglino & Gianni Crossi.

Wearing a Dolce & Gabbana see-through lace dress, made popular by ADR in 2010 whilst attending a Burberry fashion show - the doll is quite flattering and suggests that ADR's popularity is becoming unstoppable and across many platforms.
